Highly dependable and trustworthy support specialist that blends advanced organizational skills, computer knowledge and project management, from the world’s leading computer certification at Fleming College. This degree specializes in mastering word processing, spreadsheets, data base, presentation, information and communication.
Graduated from EduCare College of Canada as a Personal Support Worker, provided the skills to work independently and as a team member, to ensure operational and service excellence.
For over 6 years, worked as a PSW for Acclaim Health in which main duties included facilitating clients to participate in their activities of daily living, as independently as possible. Collaborating and organizing with family members and staff to develop strategies for enabling the client to function more appropriately in social settings as well as live a normal life. Consulting with nurses, social workers, physiotherapist and occupational therapist regarding clients conditions. Develop positive relationships with clients as measured through openness, honesty and transparency.
